Product properties

Our outdoor planters are made from hot-rolled steel. The planters come in two types: bolted and welded. A bolted planter can be assembled by the customer (bolts are included). At the time of delivery, the surface of the products has already oxidized and been protected with oil intended for metal. The interior of the planter is also protected with oil, and both the outside and inside of the bottom are covered with waterproofing membrane so the planters leave as few marks as possible on the surface they sit on. The parts of an unassembled bolted planter are picked up or shipped without rust (a natural mixture intended for rapid surface oxidation is included).

Maintenance

If needed, after a longer period—for example, annually at the start of the season—the surface of the planter can be reapplied with metal oil, although this is not necessary.

Production lead time | shipping

• If we do not have the products in stock, the production lead time is 2–3 weeks.

• When shipping or picking up a product that has not yet developed rust, the production lead time is shorter. The customer can easily rust the products themselves (a natural mixture intended for this purpose is included with the product).

• The delivery cost is calculated based on the dimensions of the products, the quantity, and the delivery location.
